The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2013 is scheduled to be held between October 16 and November 11. Candidates may choose any date for the examination from the given period.
Announcing the dates of examination, Rohit Kapoor, CAT Convener, has said that this year, four new locations, namely, Surat, Udaipur, Thiruvanathpuram and Vijayawada, have been added for the examination. Similarly to the previous year, Prometric India will conduct CAT examination on behalf of the IIMs and the test will be organized by IIM- Indore.
CAT application voucher would be available at selected Axis Bank branches from July 29 to September 24. However, the registration window for the examination would be open from July 29 to September 26. CAT is an all India level examination which is conducted for admission into two year postgraduate programme in management offered at the seven Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and other prominent management institutions.
